HOW IT WORKS

  • 60-Minute Health Assessment. Together, we start from the beginning so that I can understand where you’re at, and you can declare your biggest health challenges as well as your desires for working together.

  • Custom Wellness Roadmap. With your unique needs in mind, I devise your custom roadmap which explains how to find the foods the work for you, the exercise that you enjoy, and the self-practices that make you feel good.

  • 60-Minute Bi-Weekly Follow Up Sessions. We’ll connect virtually every other week to ensure you stay on track and get the accountability and inspiration you need to keep moving forward.

  • Simple Changes. I’ll introduce you to incredibly simple strategies for starting to make healthy food and habits a part of your daily routine, from how you eat breakfast to how to handle cravings.

  • Email Support. I’m here to support you in between sessions so that you can get my advice for challenging moments and how to course correct.
